- Technical & Telemetry Metadata: Anonymized IP addresses, browser user-agent, operating system, and page navigation metrics utilized solely for uptime diagnostics, DDoS protection, and load balancing.
- Communications: Direct inquiries received via our integrated contact system, WhatsApp support channel, or email correspondence.
